- This practice will be based in our Critical Access ERs, located in SE Minnesota and SW Wisconsin - 6-24hr shifts/month constitutes fulltime coverage in our rural locations, If EM BC, may be combined with 8hr shifts in our Level II Trauma Center in La Crosse - Supported by Level ll Trauma Center, Primary Stroke Center, STEMI/PCI Program with medical management of both ground and air emergency transport - Excellent Benefits, Competitive Salary, Loan Forgiveness, and Relocation - Teaching hospital where research is supported An award-winning, physician-led, integrated health system, employing nearly 1000 medical staff.
