Overview

Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Cornea Specialist to join our established, high-volume ophthalmology practice in La Crosse, Wisconsin. This opportunity is ideal for fellowship-trained cornea specialists interested in stepping into an established practice with strong referral demand within a physician-led organization that values long-term partnership.

• Strong referral base supporting cornea, cataract, and refractive surgical volume, including DMEK, DSAEK, PKP, as well as LASIK and PRK, with opportunity to further develop and shape a robust cornea practice.
• Broad spectrum of ocular pathology, including complex and tertiary-level cases.
• Full-service practice with comprehensive ophthalmologists and subspecialists, including glaucoma, pediatrics, retina, and oculoplastics.
• Collegial, team-oriented environment with long-standing physician collaboration. Well-developed surgical infrastructure and experienced clinical support teams.
• State-of-the-art eye care delivered by a multidisciplinary team, including optometrists, certified ophthalmic and optometric technicians, contact lens specialists, low vision personnel, and onsite opticians, fostering a collaborative approach to high-quality clinical and surgical care.
