Hospital - Type of cases; required procedures:
General Cardiology cases - Credentialing timeframe: 30-60 days
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR):
Epic - Certifications required:
Board Certification, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Basic Life Support (BLS) - Licensure required:
Active Wisconsin license - 60 days to credential
