** Gorman & Company is hiring a Leasing Specialist to join our team supporting the Gund Brewery Lofts, Grand River Station, and GRS Homes communities in La Crosse. This part-time role (15–20 hours per week) is perfect for a people person who loves creating positive experiences and thrives in a detail-oriented, customer-focused environment.
** What You’ll Do
*** Help prospective residents find their perfect home by showcasing our community and guiding them through the leasing process
* Build strong relationships with residents and provide exceptional customer service
* Assist with marketing efforts, outreach, and market surveys to keep our property competitive
* Ensure curb appeal and office presentation reflect our high standards
* Support property management with administrative tasks and step in during emergencies when needed
** What You’ll Bring
*** Customer service experience and a passion for helping people
* Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality
* Attention to detail and organizational skills
* Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Valid drivers license & vehicle insurance
