Position: Compensation Analyst II — Data-Driven Pay Strategy
A regional power cooperative is seeking a Compensation Analyst II to administer and implement competitive compensation programs. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree and possess at least 3 years of experience in compensation or HR analysis. Key responsibilities include conducting salary surveys, analyzing market trends, and providing data-driven salary recommendations. A strong proficiency in Excel and excellent organizational skills are required.

The position offers a salary range of $75,500 - $113,300 and comprehensive benefits, including health, 401(k), and tuition reimbursement.
