Position Responsibilities
- Provides administrative support to Disability Case Managers in the timely printing and mailing of all Leave and Disability correspondence to employees daily
- Manages the day-to-day administrative functions to support the Leaves department, which includes answering incoming phone calls and providing customer service related to inquiries about leave and disability
- Processing initial leave and disability requests, monitoring leave and fax in boxes, distribution of leave and disability correspondence to Case Managers and maintaining an organized desk/office
- Performs advanced, diversified and confidential administrative duties
- Must exercise independent judgment and make appropriate decisions
- Use of various software programs is required (Absence Soft, Kronos, UKG, Microsoft Office)
- Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree with 0 to 2 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 3 to 5 plus years of specific experience
