Rivertown Dental is expanding, and we are building a strong Finance & Accounting team to support that growth. We are looking for an Accounting Specialist with an Accounts Payable focus who enjoys organized work, values accuracy, and wants to be part of a team that helps keep our business running smoothly.

This role is a great opportunity for someone early in their accounting career who wants to gain hands‑on experience and grow within a professional finance.
In this role, you’ll support the day‑to‑day financial operations that keep our clinics running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities- Entering and organizing vendor invoices.
- Preparing payments and assisting with weekly payment runs.
- Communicating with vendors regarding invoices or payment questions.
- Reconciling vendor statements and keeping accounts up to date.
- Supporting deposit tracking across clinic locations.
- Assisting the Finance team with month‑end accounting tasks.
You’ll work closely with Finance leadership and administrative teams across our clinics.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfort working with accounting software (Quick Books experience helpful)
- Clear communication and a team-oriented mindset
- Recent accounting graduates with internship or bookkeeping experience are encouraged to apply.
