The Store Team is responsible for achieving and maintaining a high level of customer service and friendliness, which includes the outstanding Sporting Goods & Automotive team. The Store Team strives to create the best shopping experience possible for customers.

This role builds, promotes, and delivers a high degree of customer service. Daily tasks include prompt and friendly service to customers and precise handling of customer transactions, including age‑restricted merchandise, at the sporting goods counter.

• Inventory replenishment and stocking
• Cashiering and maintaining merchandise
• Providing excellent customer service

Previous experience as a cashier, sales associate, bagger, or other retail positions is a plus. Prior experience at major retail brands such as Target, Walgreens, Rite Aid, Fred Meyer, Safeway, and Albertsons is also an asset. Knowledge and experience with camping and other outdoor hobbies are valued.

As an employee‑owned company, Bi‑Mart stores are open 9:00 am – 8:00 pm Monday‑Friday and 9:00 am – 6:00 pm Saturday‑Sunday. Hours may vary depending on workload and assignment.

USD $15.85 – $18.65 per hour. Bi‑weekly / On‑Demand.
