Ihr Aufgaben gebiet

Sie sind verantwortlich für die akademische, organisatorische und pädagogische Leitung der Primarschule und stellt höchste Standards in Unterricht und Lernen, in der Personalentwicklung sowie im Wohlbefinden der Schülerinnen und Schüler sicher.

• Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Master) in Pädagogik, Bildungsmanagement oder Schulführung
• Lehrbefähigung für die Primarstufe oder gleichwertige Unterrichtsbefugnis
• Mindestens 4 Jahre Führungserfahrung an einer international anerkannten, englischsprachigen Schule
• Erfahrung in der Ausbildung oder Betreuung von Lehrpersonen, z.
  
  B. an einer Pädagogischen Hochschule oder Universität, insbesondere im Coaching und Mentoring
• Vertrautheit mit internationalen Curricula und Akkreditierungsverfahren
• Nachweisliche Fähigkeit, in einem multikulturellen und kooperativen Umfeld erfolgreich zu arbeiten
• Gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Französisch (mindestens Niveau B1)

Our Primary School provides a nurturing and engaging environment where learners are encouraged to develop curiosity, creativity and confidence.

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Primary School to lead and inspire our Primary section. The successful candidate will be responsible for the academic, operational and pastoral leadership of the Primary School, ensuring the highest standards of teaching and learning, staff development and student well-being.

• Postgraduate / Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or Educational Management.
• Qualified Teacher Status (Primary) or equivalent teaching license.
• Minimum of 4 years’ leadership experience in an internationally accredited, English-medium school.
• As this position will also include the coaching and mentoring of Primary School staff, an experience in teaching / lecturing at a university or teacher training college will be an advantage
• Familiarity with international curricula and accreditation frameworks is essential
• Demonstrated ability to work in a multicultural, collaborative environment.
• Good knowledge of German and French (at least level B1)
