You will inspire our customers with the diverse world of telecommunications and find tailor-made solutions for their needs. Your responsibilities include:

** Providing competent and friendly advice, and actively selling our comprehensive portfolio of telecommunication products and services.
* ** Individual Solutions:
** Identifying customer needs and presenting suitable offers, from mobile services and fixed-line connections to smart home solutions.
* ** Achieve Sales Targets:
** Actively shaping sales conversations with the goal of optimally serving our customers and exceeding sales targets.
* ** Ensure Service Quality:
** Professional handling of POS systems, processing contract conclusions, service requests, and complaints.
* ** Live Team Spirit:
** Actively collaborating within the team, sharing knowledge, and contributing to shared success and a positive work atmosphere.
