*** Strategic development and expansion of key customers in the Energy & Utilities sector, in particular at, RWE,
E.ON, EnBW, Tenne
T, 50
Hertz, Amprion or comparable companies
* Development of sales strategies for IT services and digital solutions (software development, application landscape modernization, cloud, data analytics, AI, automation, etc.)
* Advice on an equal footing — you understand the operational and regulatory challenges facing the industry and can derive concrete digitization projects from this
* Direct access to decision makers:
You use your network in the energy sector to initiate business opportunities and generate new business
* End-to-end responsibility as a deal executive:
You manage the entire opportunity process — from identification to qualification and offer design to successful completion
* Identification of digitization potential along central business processes — e.g. network operation, asset management, market communication, regulatory reporting or customer service
* Market and competition analysis to identify trends, regulatory developments and investment fields at an early stage (e.g. energy transition, network modernization, smart grids, redispatch 2.0)
** your profile
*** Several years of experience in selling complex IT or digitization projects in the energy sector
* You know the industry first-hand — through previous work with a transmission system operator or energy supplier (e.g. Tenne

Hertz, Amprion, RWE,
E.ON, EnBW) or through successful sales cooperation with these companies
* Established, reliable network of decision makers at management, IT and department level
* Distinctive understanding of energy industry processes, regulatory frameworks and current transformation projects
* Experience in managing complex sales cycles as a deal executive with end-to-end responsibility
* Entrepreneurial thinking, negotiation skills and strong communication skills at C-level
* Very good German and English skills
