Role Description

Should oversees the entire Plant tissue culture process from initiation to acclimatization, ensuring high quality, large-scale plant production, sterile conditions, protocol optimization, and efficient team management to meet production targets for tissue culture plants

This is a full-time on-site role located in  Calicut, Kerala  for a Plant Tissue Culture Lab Manager. The Tissue Culture Laboratory Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily laboratory operations, managing laboratory equipment, ensuring quality control standards are met, conducting research and development,

Qualifications
Experience in plants tissue culture techniques and processes is a must
Strong Laboratory Skills, including managing laboratory equipment
Experience in Quality Control processes
Ability to manage and lead a team effectively
Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
