Job Description – Asset & Infrastructure Manager

Role

Purpose:

Responsible for maintaining accurate records and governance of all company assets across
campuses and ensuring infrastructure readiness.

Reporting To:
Head – Operations

Key Responsibilities

1.Maintain and update Fixed Asset Register (FAR).
2.Conduct asset verification and reconciliation across campuses.
3.Ensure proper asset tagging and tracking. Manage asset transfers between centres.
4.Monitor infrastructure readiness and maintenance activities.
5.Coordinate with finance for asset audits.
6.Work with IT teams on device tracking.

KPIs
1.FAR accuracy ≥99%
2.Successful asset reconciliation across centres
3.Zero missing assets during audits
4.Campus infrastructure uptime ≥98%

Experience
5–7 years in asset management, infrastructure operations, or facilities management in
multi-location organisations.
