The Zonal Manager – Government Exams will be responsible for driving enrolments, revenue, and operational performance across multiple centres in the assigned zone for competitive exam categories, including PSC, SSC, RRB, Banking, and UPSC.
The role involves managing centre teams, ensuring effective sales execution, improving conversion rates, and maintaining high operational standards to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Business & Revenue Ownership
Drive enrolment and revenue targets for Government Exams programs, including PSC, SSC, RRB, Banking, and UPSC.
Monitor centre-wise performance and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.
Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to improve admissions.
Centre Performance Management
Oversee the performance of all centres in the assigned zone.
Track key metrics such as enquiries, conversions, batch strength, and revenue.
Ensure timely launch and execution of batches.
Sales Execution
Work closely with centre sales teams to improve lead conversion and walk-in admissions.
Ensure proper follow-up on enquiries and pending payments.
Monitor sales pipeline and ensure effective lead management.
Team Management
Lead and guide centre administrators, sales executives, and support staff across centres.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to improve team productivity.
Support recruitment and onboarding of key team members when required.
Marketing & Outreach
Support implementation of marketing campaigns, seminars, and outreach activities across centres.
Work with marketing teams to drive local lead generation initiatives.
Operational Excellence
Ensure smooth functioning of centre operations including student management, infrastructure readiness, and class schedules.
Resolve operational issues and maintain quality standards across centres.
Reporting & Analysis
Track centre-wise enrolments, revenue, and operational metrics.
Share performance insights and recommendations with senior management.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
