UIUX Designer

This candidate will be responsible for building a clean and effective user experience for our customers. By working cross-functionally, this candidate will understand needs from the product management, engineering, and business stakeholders and will be able to build solutions that fit those needs.

Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in designing intuitive, user-centered digital products. The ideal candidate should be able to translate business requirements into engaging and functional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Design user-friendly UI/UX for web and mobile applications
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and mockups
Conduct user research and usability testing
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders
Maintain and evolve design systems and UI guidelines
Ensure consistency across all digital platforms
Improve user experience based on data, feedback, and usability findings
Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools
Required

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch (Figma preferred)
Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility
Experience designing responsive and mobile-first interfaces
Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics (for better dev collaboration)
Ability to present and explain design decisions clearly
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, or a related field of study
- 2+ years' of experience in design
- Proficient in visual design and wire framing tools
