Job Summary:
The Team Lead – International Courses is responsible for overseeing the academic and operational aspects of international courses like ACCA and CMA US . This role involves faculty coordination, curriculum planning, student engagement, and ensuring smooth execution of the courses while maintaining high academic standards. The candidate will also collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive student success and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Academic & Faculty Management:
Oversee curriculum planning, scheduling, and delivery of ACCA and CMA US courses.
Coordinate with faculty members to ensure high-quality content delivery.
Monitor student progress and implement improvement strategies.
Ensure compliance with ACCA and CMA US guidelines and examination requirements.
Operations & Administration:
Manage end-to-end academic operations, including scheduling, student queries, and resource planning.
Maintain records of student attendance, performance, and course completion.
Implement efficient processes for smooth course execution.
Student Engagement & Support:
Serve as the primary point of contact for students, addressing their academic concerns.
Organize mentoring sessions, workshops, and training programs to support student success.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance student retention and pass rates.
Business Development &
Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing and admissions teams to promote ACCA and CMA US courses.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance course offerings.
Explore partnerships with professional bodies, industry experts, and educational institutions.
Quality Assurance & Compliance:
Ensure adherence to international standards and accreditation requirements.
Conduct regular audits and feedback sessions to improve course quality.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes in ACCA and CMA US.
Required
Qualifications & Skills:
Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience:
2+ years of experience in academic management/Academic Coordinator, preferably in ACCA, CMA India, or other international finance courses.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Strong knowledge of ACCA and CMA US syllabus and examination patterns.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
