Role Overview
The Course Coordinator will be responsible for managing and supporting academic programs, ensuring smooth coordination between students, faculty, and administrative teams. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple academic and operational responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Academic Coordination
Plan and manage course schedules, curriculum implementation, and program execution
Work closely with faculty and department heads to ensure academic quality and timely delivery of courses
Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and student outcomes
Student Records Management
Maintain accurate student records including enrolment, grades, transcripts, and progress tracking
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection standards
Academic Event Planning
Coordinate academic events such as workshops, seminars, and conferences
Handle logistics including venue booking, registrations, and technical setup
Faculty Support
Assist faculty with administrative tasks such as course materials, scheduling, and communication
Coordinate faculty meetings and maintain academic calendars
Technology & Systems Management
Support implementation and usage of academic tools such as LMS, registration systems, and databases
Provide basic training and assistance to faculty and students
Student Support Services
Collaborate with student support teams to enhance academic success initiatives
Assist in coordinating tutoring, mentoring, and academic advising programs
Eligibility Criteria
Postgraduate degree (M.Sc or relevant field)
Prior experience in academic administration or coordination roles is preferred
Freshers with strong organizational and communication skills are also encouraged to apply

Proficiency in MS Office and academic management systems
