About Us -  Aviacons  is a leading pilot-training services organisation with centres across South India and international training pathways. We are expanding our North Kerala operations and seeking a dynamic Student Counsellor & Academic Executive to join our admissions team.

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced professional who can:
Counsel students and parents
Manage enquiries & convert leads
Drive student admissions & achieve monthly targets
Support academic coordination and student engagement

This is a performance-driven role, ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with students, understands education sales, and can close admissions confidently.

Key Responsibilities
Handle student walk-ins, calls, Whats App enquiries and online leads
Counsel students & parents on pilot training pathways (DGCA + International)
Convert leads to applications and to admissions
Maintain daily follow-ups & CRM updates
Achieve monthly enrollment targets
Conduct orientation sessions & assist academic operations
Coordinate with internal teams for student onboarding
Provide high-quality support that results in referrals and repeat interest

Ideal candidates to have:
Experience in student counselling, admissions or education sales
Ability to explain courses confidently and close admissions
Strong communication with parents & aspirants
Comfort with tele-calling, follow-ups & closing leads
A disciplined, process-driven approach
Motivation to achieve targets and grow with the organisation

Candidates with experience in universities, coaching centres, aviation academies, ed-tech, or training institutes will be preferred.
