As an Academic Strategist & Student Success Mentor, you will work at the intersection of education, student mentoring, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Student & Parent Advisory
Interact with students and parents through inbound leads, walk-ins, and referrals
Assess academic background, entrance exam readiness, and career aspirations
Recommend the most suitable RAYS programs (Crash Courses, Repeaters, +1/+2 Integrated etc)
Admissions & Inside Sales
Convert qualified leads into enrolments through consultative, value-driven discussions
Clearly articulate program structure, pedagogy, faculty strengths, and expected outcomes
Achieve monthly enrolment targets while maintaining high conversion quality and ethics
Academic Orientation & Sales Enablement
Serve as a program knowledge anchor for NEET and JEE offerings
Train and upskill tele-calling / inside sales agents on:
Different entrance programs and suitability mapping
Student & parent personas and common objections
Effective counselling frameworks and ethical sales techniques
Best practices for improving call quality and conversions
Support leadership in refining counselling scripts, FAQs, and sales playbooks
Process, Feedback & Insights
Maintain basic CRM hygiene and lead tracking
Share structured feedback from students and parents with academic leadership
Provide market insights to improve offerings, messaging, and conversion strategies

Eligibility & Skills
Essential
BTech graduate from top-tier institute
Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam
Analytical thinker with empathy and clarity
Comfortable with targets and performance-linked incentives
Good to Have
Interest in education, mentoring, or Ed Tech
Experience in student leadership, mentoring juniors, debating, or volunteering
Long-term aspiration for MBA, education leadership, or entrepreneurship
