Responsibilities

- Manage day to day administrative and office operations.
- Supervise front office , admin, transport, security and support staff.
- Oversee admissions, documentation and student records.
- Ensure compliance with school policies, audits and accreditation requirements.
- Coordinate facilities, procurement and vendor management.
- Support budgeting, reporting and cost control.
- Liaise with parents ,staff, and external agencies.

Qualifications and skills

- Graduate in any discipline/MBA/
- Minimum 5 years of experience in school or institutional administrative functions
- Proven leadership, discipline and people management skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Sound knowledge of general administration ,security protocol and asset control.
- Knowledge of Malayalam language is mandatory.
