First, Who We Are?

Carino Construction is the infrastructure arm of Carino Inc., which has built KMCT Medical College & Hospital, Grha Resorts, and Kerala PWD road infrastructure over the past two decades.
We do not build individual homes. We build landmarks -  hospitals, institutional campuses, luxury resorts, and government infrastructure across South India.
We run on Carino OS - our proprietary digital operating system, where every rupee, every purchase order, every vendor bill, and every project budget is tracked in real time.
We are now hiring a Project Accountant to be the financial gatekeeper of that system.

Role Description

You are the financial gatekeeper of active construction projects. Every vendor bill, every payment, every budget line passes through you. Nothing moves without proper documentation. Your job is simple -  protect the company's money like it is your own.

Qualifications

B.Com or M.Com
1–3 years in construction or project accounting
Freshers with strong accounting fundamentals may apply if they are honest about what they know and don't know

Probation
3 months at ₹20,000/month
Confirmed salary up to ₹25,000 based on performance
Not automatic. Earned.

What You Will Do

Check every vendor invoice against its Purchase Order and GRN before payment
Reject any bill that has a mismatch - even a small one
Track project budgets and flag overspending before it happens
Handle GST for construction works contracts, pure agent, RCM
Maintain clean vendor accounts - advances, retentions, deductions
Send weekly budget reports to management without being asked
Keep every file audit-ready every single day - not just at year-end
