Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant based in Kozhikode, Kerala. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, performing audits, and reconciling accounts. The role also involves ensuring compliance with financial regulations and supporting the broader financial operations of the organization.

Qualifications

Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and preparation of budgets

Experience with bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and payroll management
Knowledge of tax regulations, compliance procedures, and auditing practices
Proficiency in accounting software and financial tools
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent professional certification)
Prior experience in accounting or financial management in a corporate setting is preferred
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
