Accountant, Financial Reporting, Accounts Receivable​/ Collections

About the Role

We are hiring an  experienced and detail-oriented Accountant  to manage daily financial operations, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. The ideal candidate should be proficient in  Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software , with a solid understanding of core accounting principles.

Responsibilities

Handle  accounts payable and receivable , ensuring timely payments and collections.
Maintain daily accounting entries and accurate financial records.
Prepare  Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement , and periodic financial reports.
Ensure compliance with  GST, TDS, PF, ESI , and other statutory filings.
Perform  bank reconciliation , cash flow monitoring, and petty cash management.
Prepare invoices, purchase orders, vouchers, and maintain document filing.
Coordinate with auditors during financial audits.
Communicate with vendors and clients regarding billing and payment queries.
Provide MIS reports and financial data to support management decisions.

Qualifications

B.Com / M.Com / Finance  (or related field)
Proficiency in  Tally, MS Excel , and accounting tools
Strong understanding of  GST, TDS, ITR, PF, ESI , and financial reporting
Good communication skills with excellent attention to detail

Experience
4–5 years  in accounting roles
