We are working with a well-established actuarial consultancy supporting leading insurers across Europe. Due to continued growth, they are looking to hire Actuaries with strong P&C Pricing experience
, particularly within Motor
, who enjoy combining actuarial expertise with modern data and analytics tools.

This role offers exposure to international projects
, modern cloud-based data environments, and close collaboration with both technical and commercial stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain P&C pricing models
  , with a strong focus on Motor insurance
• Apply statistical and actuarial techniques (e.g. GLMs) to pricing, profitability, and portfolio optimisation
• Work with large and sometimes unstructured datasets to produce actionable insights
• Build and enhance pricing tools, models, and dashboards used by internal teams and clients
• Collaborate with underwriters, product managers, and commercial stakeholders
• Support pricing reviews, portfolio monitoring, and performance analysis
• Contribute to client presentations and technical discussions

• 2–8 years of experience in Actuarial Pricing within P&C insurance
• Strong knowledge of Motor insurance pricing
• Solid grounding in actuarial and statistical modelling (e.g. GLMs)
• Strong technical/data skills, including:
• Python
• SQL
• Cloud/data platforms such as Databricks and/or Snowflake
• Experience working with large datasets and translating analysis into business insight
• German language skills at a working/professional level
• Comfortable working in collaborative, client-facing environments

• Experience in a consulting or international insurance environment
• Exposure to BI tools (e.g. Power BI)
• Experience with automation or modern pricing frameworks
• Knowledge of additional P&C lines beyond Motor

• Work on modern pricing problems using contemporary tech stacks
• Exposure to international insurance markets
• Strong balance of actuarial depth and data/analytics
