What You'll Gain. Robotics startup. 8 people. €800k+ in pre-orders. Entering the market now. You'll own the full sales cycle from day one – inbound, outbound, proposals, closes. You'll work directly with our Head of Business Development in a setup where your impact is immediately visible. We're building ceiling-based robots for warehouse logistics. First of its kind. Systems already live in EU and US.
The humanoid robotics boom is coming, and we're positioned to be a key part of it.
- Work through 1,000+ qualified leads and close deals independently
- Create proposals for complex hardware installations
- Travel to customer sites for demos and installations
- Represent Ceili
X at trade shows and industry events - Build automations to manage the pipeline
Remote. Once a month you ll need to go to the office in Euskirchen (Cologne-Bonn area) where our engineers work. Plus you ll need to do customer visits all around Germany, so a car is helpful but not required. Company will pay for train or rental car when needed.
What We NeedMust-haves:
- Fluent German + English (C2 both)
- Bachelor s degree + evidence you get stuff done (side projects, leadership, entrepreneurship)
- Self-starter who figures things out without a playbook
- Technical curiosity – you want to understand how it works
Nice-to-haves:
- B2B or industrial sales experience
- French or Spanish
- Hardware/robotics exposure
€800k+ in pre-orders vs €300k projected. 8 people. Your ability to close deals will directly determine whether we hit our targets. Early stage = real ownership.
