About the role: As a Team Lead Platform Engineering, you ll lead our Platform team within the Data & AI department and play a pivotal role in shaping how services are built, managed, and scaled across the organization. You’ll enjoy autonomy, help define our strategic direction, and empower your team to deliver scalable, reliable, and efficient systems.

• Lead and mentor a team of platform engineers, driving a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
• Design and implement platform infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code principles with tools like Terraform
• Operate and evolve our Kubernetes-based platform, supporting deployment and scaling with Git Ops practices
• Leverage Databricks and other Data Lakehouse platforms to enhance platform capabilities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Dev Ops, MLOps, and product teams to define standards and enable developer self-service

• 3-5 years of experience leading technical teams is required
• Strong leadership skills, with a passion for mentoring and enabling high-performing teams
• Experienced in Databricks or other Data Lakehouse technologies, with a deep understanding of Kubernetes in production
• Skilled in Python, Shell, or Go, and experienced with Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• You thrive in a fast-moving environment and value collaboration and ownership
