Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Montessori Teacher, based in Kollam. The Montessori Teacher will be responsible for developing lesson plans and delivering engaging educational experiences aligned with Montessori principles. Key tasks include guiding children in their individual learning journeys, fostering a nurturing and stimulating learning environment, and observing and assessing the individual progress of students. The Montessori Teacher will actively collaborate with colleagues and parents to support the overall development and well-being of the students.

Qualifications

Strong capabilities in Lesson Planning and Teaching to deliver effective and engaging educational experiences.
Experience and skills in Education and Training to guide and support students in their development.
Excellent Communication skills to foster clear and positive interactions with students, parents, and colleagues.
A Montessori certification or credential is highly recommended.
Patience, adaptability, and a passion for working with children are critical.
Basic knowledge of child development principles is a plus.
