Role & Responsibilities:
Route & Vehicle Planning
Execute effective route planning for store and customer deliveries.
Plan vehicles in a cost-effective manner and ensure optimum utilization.
Outbound & Delivery Operations
Ensure on-time deliveries to stores and customers.
Follow up on delayed deliveries and take corrective actions.
Track drivers on ground to monitor delivery status.
Coordinate with outbound teams to arrange quick pickups.
POD & Performance Management
Ensure proper Proof of Delivery (POD) management and documentation.
Circulate and monitor delivery performance through MIS reports.
Peak Load & Contingency Planning
Arrange backup plans during promotional seasons to manage higher delivery volumes.
Ensure earliest possible delivery to enhance customer satisfaction.
