Roles & Responsibilities :

Manage daily branch operations and back-office tasks
Assist customers with account-related queries and banking services
Perform KYC verification and documentation as per compliance guidelines
Maintain accurate records and data entry for branch transactions
Coordinate with the branch team to ensure smooth operations
Uphold professional behavior and provide excellent customer service.
