merchandiser ensures the right products are in the right place, at the right time, and presented attractively to maximize sales, involving tasks like analyzing trends, managing inventory, creating displays, coordinating promotions, and bridging communication between suppliers, retailers, and customers, often requiring strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, plus physical stamina for stocking and setting up.

Key Responsibilities Product & Inventory Management:
Monitor stock levels, restock shelves, manage inventory, remove dated/damaged goods, and handle product returns. Visual Merchandising:
Create appealing in-store displays, set up promotional areas (like aisle ends), and ensure products look their best. Sales & Trend Analysis:
Analyze sales data, study market trends, research competitors, and understand customer behavior to optimize product placement and promotions.

Collaboration:

Work with buyers, suppliers, marketing teams, and store managers to execute plans and address issues. Promotions:
