Key Responsibilities:
Lead New Product Development (NPD) for cookies & chocolate variants
Standardize recipes and scale from trial to bulk production
Oversee daily production planning & quality control
Ensure FSSAI compliance and food safety standards
Optimize cost, reduce wastage & improve efficiency
Lead and mentor production teams
✅ Requirements:
7–10 years of experience in bakery/chocolate manufacturing
Strong expertise in chocolate tempering, baking processes & production scaling
Proven leadership experience in managing production teams
Background in Food Technology / Bakery & Confectionery preferred
