Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the Live Plant Specialist, located in Kolkata. The responsibilities include ensuring the proper care and maintenance of live plants, monitoring plant health, and overseeing propagation and planting activities. The role also involves managing inventory, working closely with the team, preparing plants for sale, and providing guidance to customers on plant care and needs. Additional responsibilities include maintaining clean and organized work spaces while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

Knowledge of plant care, propagation techniques, and diagnosing plant health issues

Experience with inventory management and handling live plant logistics
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Effective communication skills and the ability to educate customers on plant care
Physical ability to work outdoors and handle plants in various weather conditions
Prior experience in plant nurseries, horticulture, or related fields is preferred
Passion for plants and gardening is a strong advantage
