Senior Manager - Costing

Roles & Responsibilities :

· To prepare costing for all new articles and have the same approved from Central Costing at the stipulated margins.

· To negotiate rate settlement with the vendors and workmen for normal production.

· To review from time to time the material consumption against costing estimates & to ensure that all planned activities are carried out.

· To aid the establishment of an efficient manufacturing environment by reviewing production systems and techniques & reviewing scope for material savings in all areas of the operations of the Manufacturing Unit.·

* To prepare annual estimates of std. cost, recovery & turnover for the Manufacturing Unit; to prepare weekly estimates for the entire year.

· To co-ordinate with the Marketing Division for monthly orders, ensure acceptance as per the estimated capacity, organize freezing of plans, authorize production for associates, co-ordinate production planning and monitor order status to meet Marketing Division requirements within the stipulated time.
To co-ordinate the Company’s manpower and production planning activities with the overall
