B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise overall production processes to meet daily targets
Monitor and maintain product quality at all stages of production
Ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications
Plan and optimize manpower, materials, and machine usage
Conduct routine inspections and identify process improvements
Handle non-conformance issues and implement corrective actions
Maintain production and quality documentation and reports
Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory norms
Eligibility Criteria:
Diploma /
B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing/steel industry
Strong knowledge of production planning and quality control systems
Familiarity with industry standards and ISO procedures
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
