Role Overview
A leading manufacturing company is hiring a smart, detail-oriented Coordinator / EA to work closely with leadership and support plant operations.
This role involves Excel-based reporting, basic accounts handling, profit & loss calculations, and operational coordination. The person will act as a bridge between management and the production team.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate between leadership and manufacturing teams
Prepare MIS reports, cost sheets, and P&L analysis in Excel
Track production, expenses, and operational data
Assist in basic accounting and financial reporting
Ensure smooth follow-ups and execution of tasks
Candidate Requirements
Strong in MS Excel (formulas, pivots, cost analysis)
Basic knowledge of accounts & financial calculations
Good communication skills
Understanding of manufacturing / engineering environment
Smart, proactive, and academically strong
