Position: AGM / DGM – Plant Operations (Forging Industry)
Operational Leadership
Direct and manage plant operations ensuring alignment with corporate objectives
Monitor production schedules, workflow, and performance metrics
Foster a culture of safety, discipline, and operational excellence
Process Improvement & Quality
Identify opportunities for Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma process improvements
Implement quality assurance measures and compliance with industry standards
Optimize production efficiency, reduce costs, and improve output quality
Team Management & Development
Lead, mentor, and develop supervisors, operators, and plant staff
Conduct training, performance reviews, and skill development initiatives
Budget & Resource Management
Prepare, monitor, and manage operational budgets
Coordinate with procurement and logistics for timely availability of raw materials
Ensure efficient inventory management and cost control
Safety & Compliance
Promote a safe work environment and enforce safety protocols
Conduct regular safety audits and ensure adherence to environmental and regulatory standards
