ITI/Diploma in Mechanical with 3 or 5 years in heavy equipmentmechanical maintenance.
Experience In MHC/RTG Mechanical Systemspreferred/required.
Strong knowledge of hydraulics, engines, and crane mechanisms.
Mechanical Maintenance
Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of MHC/RTG mechanical systems.
Repair and overhaul engines, hydraulic pumps, cylinders, brakingsystems, and gear assemblies.
Inspect mechanical components and carry out lubrication, greasing,alignment, and tightening jobs.
Hydraulic Mechanical Troubleshooting
Diagnose faults in hydraulic circuits, hoses, valves, servo systems, and cooling systems.
Repair structural components, wire ropes, sheaves, and booms under supervision.
Equipment Support
Assist in crane overhauls, load tests, and performance inspections.
Support calibration, alignment, and major mechanical assembly work.
Safety Documentation
Follow mechanical and port safety standards.
Maintain maintenance records, job sheets, and spare usage details.
