Azure GenAI Engineer
Work Model :
Hybrid – 3 days mandatory to office in a week
Work location – Major Genpact locations (Gurugram, Noida, Chennai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Pune)

Responsibilities
Develop transformative AI/ML solutions to address our clients' business requirements and challenges
Project Delivery - This would entail successful delivery of projects involving data Pre-processing, Model
Training and Evaluation, Parameter Tuning
Manage Stakeholder/Customer Expectations
Project Blue Printing and Project Documentation
Creating Project Plan
Understand and research cutting edge industrial and academic developments in AI/ML with NLP/NLU
applications in diverse industries such as CPG, Finance etc.
Conceptualize, Design, build and develop solution algorithms which demonstrate the minimum
required functionality within tight timelines.
Develop, deploy, and maintain GenAI applications on the Azure platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and design AI features.
Proficiency in Azure services such as Azure Machine Learning, Azure Cognitive Services, etc.

Required Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Python and its AI/ML ecosystem.
Proven experience designing and implementing modular, scalable software solutions, ideally with AI/ML components.
Hands-on experience building and deploying AI/ML pipelines on Azure Cloud Platform.

Experience with cloud deployments, CI/CD practices, and integrating RESTful APIs.
A strong software engineering foundation with knowledge of automated testing and monitoring frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications / Skills
AI and GenAI Tools
Certifications in AI/ML or GenAI (optional)
Familiarity with generative models, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning techniques to develop innovative AI solutions.
Designing, developing, and implementing solutions tailored to meet client needs.
Understanding business requirements and translating them into technical solutions using GEN AI
