Role:
The You Tube CMS & Content Ops Specialist will oversee end-to-end video publishing, rights management, monetization, and campaign execution across You Tube and Google Ads . This role is responsible for content uploads, claim management, dispute resolution, Content Fingerprinting campaign strategy, channel optimization (SEO), and CMS operations to maximize reach, compliance, and revenue.
Responsibilities:
1. You Tube Content Operations
Manage video uploads, metadata optimization (titles, descriptions, tags), thumbnails, playlists, and scheduling.
Ensure adherence to platform policies and monetization guidelines on You Tube .
Maintain proper content structuring and publishing workflows via CMS.
2. Content & Claims Management
Monitor and manage You Tube Content s.
Handle copyright claims, disputes, and claim releases efficiently.
Coordinate with rights owners, partners, and internal stakeholders for dispute resolution.
Ensure accurate asset ownership and rights documentation within CMS.
3. Disputes & Rights Administration
Evaluate claims and initiate disputes where necessary.
Track dispute status, escalations, and resolutions.
Maintain compliance with copyright policies and digital rights best practices.
4. Campaign Designing & Advertising
Plan and execute paid campaigns via Google Ads .
Design audience targeting strategies and optimize ad performance.
Analyze campaign metrics and improve ROI through performance optimization.
Collaborate with marketing teams for content amplification strategies.
5. You Tube Hygiene & SEO Optimization
Implement You Tube SEO best practices (keyword research, tags, descriptions, hashtags).
Optimize titles and descriptions to enhance discoverability and engagement.
Monitor analytics and adjust content strategies accordingly.
Ensure consistent branding and compliance across all uploads.
6. CMS Management
Manage digital assets within Content Management Systems (CMS).
Maintain accurate metadata, rights information, and asset tracking.
Coordinate bulk uploads, asset linking, and content structuring.
Perform content fingerprinting for audio and video assets to enable Content and monetization.
Must-Have
Skills:
Strong understanding of You Tube Content m, claims, disputes, and copyright policies.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads campaign creation and optimization.
Practical experience in content fingerprinting.
Proficiency in You Tube SEO (metadata optimization, keyword strategy, tags).
Experience with CMS platforms and digital asset management.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and monetization reports.
Strong knowledge of copyright laws and digital rights management processes.
