We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team:

Responsibilities

- 3-7 years of experience as a Data Scientist.
- Work closely with clients to understand business requirement and convert them into well-defined data science problems.
- Design and architect end-to-end data science and AI/ML solutions, from AI/ML ops.
- Apply strong foundations in statistics, mathematics, and machine learning to build enterprise solutions. Guide model selection, feature engineering, evaluation, and optimization
- Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure solutions are production-ready
- Communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required Skills and Experience

- Strong expertise in AI/ML, statistics, and applied mathematics
- Proven ability to solve complex, real-world problems using data
- Experience in designing data science architectures and analytical pipelines
- Hands-on experience with Python and common ML/data science frameworks
- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
- Prior experience of leading or mentoring data science teams
