Experience:
Developing, configuring, and customizing the Service Now platform to fit business requirements.
Proficiency with Service Now development, such as scripting, workflows, integrations, Create unique service portal pages and widgets to aid the business organization etc
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements
Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code requires expertise to achieve.
Proven ability to set up Service Now using Business Rules, Client Scripts, sophisticated UI Policies, Flow Designer, ACLs, Script Includes, and UI Scripts to meet needs
Debugging and fixing technical problems
Producing and running test cases to guarantee software quality.
Expertise with REST/SOAP APIs to integrate Service Now with other IT systems
Demonstrated experience with at least two programming languages (JavaScript, C#, Java or others)
Experience in Web technologies - HTML or XML
