We are seeking an energetic, visionary, and technology-driven Principal to lead our
college into a new era of academic excellence, growth, and brand leadership. The
Principal will be responsible for achieving outstanding NAAC and NIRF ratings, driving
enrollment growth, ensuring technology integration, and building a strong, differentiated
institutional brand.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Vision
Define and execute a clear, ambitious vision for the college aligned with
academic excellence and industry needs.
Develop strategic plans to achieve and maintain top-tier NAAC accreditation and
improve NIRF rankings.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability.
Academic Excellence
Oversee curriculum planning and enrichment, ensuring alignment with industry
trends and regulatory requirements.
Promote interdisciplinary programs, research, and industry collaboration.
Foster a student-centric teaching culture emphasizing critical thinking,
employability, and ethics.
Technology Integration
Champion the adoption of digital tools and smart learning solutions across
teaching, learning, and administration.
Lead faculty development in the use of EdTech, e-learning platforms, and
innovative pedagogies.
Ensure robust IT infrastructure and data-driven decision-making.
Growth & Student Enrollment
Develop and execute strategies to increase student strength through marketing,
outreach, and quality enhancements.
Build partnerships with schools, industry, and other institutions to strengthen
recruitment pipelines.
Enhance student support services to ensure high retention and success rates.
NAAC/NIRF Excellence
Lead all preparation, documentation, and continuous improvement processes for
NAAC accreditation and NIRF rankings.
Build a quality assurance culture with regular internal audits, feedback systems,
and actionable plans.
Engage faculty and staff in achieving institutional quality benchmarks.
Brand Building & Differentiation
Develop and communicate a unique, compelling brand identity for the college.
Oversee marketing and public relations efforts to enhance visibility and
reputation.
Represent the college in academic, industry, and community forums to build
strategic partnerships.
Operational & Administrative Leadership
Ensure efficient daily operations, compliance with regulations, and financial
sustainability.
Oversee budget planning and resource allocation to support strategic goals.
Maintain a safe, inclusive, and inspiring campus environment.
Faculty & Staff Leadership
Recruit, develop, and retain high-quality faculty and staff.
Promote a collaborative, performance-driven work culture.
Support faculty research, development, and welfare initiatives.
Qualifications
Doctoral degree (PhD/EdD) preferred;
Master's degree in relevant field required.
10–20 years of academic experience, with significant leadership experience as
Principal/Dean/HOD.
Proven track record of improving accreditation outcomes (NAAC/NBA) and NIRF
rankings.
Demonstrated success in increasing student enrollment and retention.
Experience in integrating technology into academic and administrative
processes.

frameworks.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
