Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Robotics Technical Trainer based in Kolkata. The Robotics Technical Trainer will deliver hands-on training sessions on robotics, STEM, coding, and AI for various age groups and skill levels. Responsibilities include designing and implementing comprehensive training modules, conducting educational workshops, overseeing lab activities, and mentoring students and professionals in technical and computational studies.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in Technical Training and experience as a Technical Trainer.
Strong skills in Training & Development to effectively design and deliver training programs.
Excellent Communication skills to engage and inspire trainees of various age groups.
Passion for education and technology, with an ability to adapt to new tools and methodologies.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Education, or a related technical field is preferred.
Experience in training for robotics, STEM, or AI-based programs is an advantage.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and lead group sessions independently.
