Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced  Study Abroad Advisor  to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in international education counseling and possess in-depth knowledge of global admission procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one counseling to students regarding study abroad options, including universities, courses, and application procedures.
Assist students with drafting and reviewing SOPs, LORs, resumes, and other required documentation.
Offer comprehensive guidance on admission criteria, scholarships, and financial aid opportunities.
Maintain communication with international universities and institutions to facilitate student admissions.
Guide students through visa application procedures, ensuring compliance with immigration policies.
Develop and maintain a database of student inquiries, tracking their progress and following up regularly.
Organize and conduct informational seminars, workshops, and webinars on overseas education.
Keep abreast of global education trends, university rankings, and policy changes.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in study abroad counseling, admissions, or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education, Counseling, or relevant fields preferred).
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport with students and provide them with accurate, up-to-date information.
Knowledge of admission processes for countries such as the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and online application portals.
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple student cases efficiently.
