Role Description
Lead Management & Student Outreach
Call and follow up with fresh leads (students/aspirants).
Introduce educational and career opportunities to prospective students.
Counselling & Guidance
Conduct one-on-one meetings with students.
Assess their academic goals, aspirations, and preferences.
Provide career/educational counselling tailored to help them secure admission in the right colleges.
Workshops & Training
Conduct workshops, group sessions, and seminars to educate students on academic and career pathways.
Develop resources (presentations, guides, FAQs) to support student decision-making.
Career Development Support
Assist students in career development planning and management.
Provide structured guidance on academic progression, interview preparation, and related areas.
Record-Keeping & Reporting
Maintain proper documentation of counselling sessions, leads, and student progress.
Update records regularly for tracking and follow-up.
Qualifications
Career Counselling, Student Counselling skills
The capability of calling on Fresh Leads
Career Development, Career Management skills
Excellent Communication skills
Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations
Experience in the education sector is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Counselling, or a related field
