✨  Your Role:
As a  Faculty Coordinator (Business Operations Associate) , you’ll be the backbone of our academic operations — managing class schedules, coordinating with faculty, and ensuring seamless communication across departments.

What You’ll Do:

Manage faculty schedules & maintain operational documentation
Coordinate between teams for smooth workflow
Track performance metrics & streamline processes
Support leadership with reports, meetings & follow-ups

What You’ll Bring :
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
Proficiency in  Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.)
Strong  organizational & communication skills
A proactive approach and problem-solving mindset
Fluency in Bengali and Hindi (mandatory)

Preferred:  Experience in EdTech or educational operations
