Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and driven  D2C Social Media Manager  who will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy, driving engagement, and optimizing advertising campaigns. This individual will be a key player in enhancing our brand presence, collaborating with influencers, and producing engaging content that resonates with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Coordination:
Develop and coordinate engaging content for social media platforms, including in-house reels and behind-the-scenes (BTS) videos.
Collaborate with nutritionists and doctors to create informative and relatable content.
Plan and execute product video/image shoots, outdoor funky reels, and trendy reels.

Social Media Engagement:
Actively manage social media accounts, including direct messaging, responding to comments, and engaging with the community in a quirky, relatable manner.
Develop innovative ideas for packaging and promotional strategies.

Influencer Collaborations:
Identify and engage with influencers for collaboration opportunities that align with our brand ethos.

Content Writing:
Write engaging and persuasive content for social media and advertisements.
Develop podcast questions and ensure quality content delivery.

Event Coverage & Coordination:
Provide coverage for events and coordinate logistics for shoots, ensuring optimal lighting and camera setup.
Prepare a plan of action (POA) for upcoming months to drive brand initiatives.

A  branding expert  with a deep understanding of social media dynamics and trends.
A creative individual who  lives and breathes social media  and content creation, and can comfortably show their face on camera.
An aesthetically minded person who excels in lighting and camera work, with a great sense of humor.
A  go-getter  who knows how to create viral content and engage audiences effectively.
Experienced in working with D2C brands and has a strong background in ad strategy and execution.
Proficient in writing catchy hooks for videos and crafting compelling ad content.
Familiar with the startup ecosystem and understands pop culture references effortlessly.
Highly organized with excellent coordination skills, ensuring seamless collaboration with team members and partners.
