Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our CEO in managing day-to-day activities, coordinating with departments, and ensuring seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end support to the CEO
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Academics teams
- Manage CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and make travel arrangements
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Requirements
- 3-10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
