Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Administration Assistant will provide essential administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Responsibilities include scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, maintaining records, supporting executives with administrative tasks, and upholding professional communication within the organization. The role requires a proactive and organized individual capable of handling multiple tasks in a dynamic office environment.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
Strong Communication skills, including professional Phone Etiquette
Ability to perform Clerical tasks with attention to detail and accuracy
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools is highly desirable
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Administration or a related field
Prior experience in office administration or a similar role is an advantage
