Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Data Entry
Processing of daily accounting entries accurately and on time
Supervision of daily entries and periodic reconciliations
Ensuring correctness and completeness of accounting records
Vendor Management & Communication
Coordinating and communicating with vendors for invoice and payment-related issues
Resolving, clarifying, and closing vendor discrepancies
Reviewing vendor advances and ensuring timely adjustments
Oracle Transaction Responsibilities
Active involvement in Oracle migration activities
Supporting Go-Live processes and post Go-Live supervision
Ensuring smooth transaction flow and system compliance
TDS-Related Activities
Preparation of monthly TDS payment summaries
Timely deposit of TDS
Filing of TDS returns as per statutory requirements
GST Compliance
Preparation of GST GSTR-1 returns for West Bengal
Review and validation of GST GSTR-1 returns for Odisha
Ensuring compliance with GST laws and timelines

Ancillary & MIS Activities
Preparation of PBDD (Provision for Bad & Doubtful Debts)
Ageing analysis of Debtors and Creditors
Data analysis and preparation of management reports
Audits, Notices & Management Support
Preparation of data and documentation for notices received from various departments
Providing analytical and operational support to seniors as required
Active participation in audits and investigations from time to time
Supporting management with data preparation and analysis as required
